Cottage cheese is one of my favorite foods. In fact, my favorite breakfast is cottage cheese and tabasco sauce.

I also really truly love applesauce mixed with cottage cheese. I am not going to claim anyone else will love it, but I sure do. When I was a little kid this is what my mom would give me for dessert. Boy did she have me fooled.

Okay, our lasagna-like dinner tastes pretty good for those who are not purists. And, it's got a lot less fat than the other options. I'll call ours, lasagnina.

My grandma also adds cottage cheese to her lasagna sauce. So there's an answer for you: wrap a lasagna around it.

One thing I do before morning exercise is cut an apple into wedges and scoop cottage cheese with them.

Levin is right about it with fresh tomatoes. I put a dash of seasoning salt on it too. Absolutely delicious.

I love cottage cheese. Slice fresh tomatoes, lop cottage cheese on top, salt and pepper, and pour on good vinaigrette. To quote one polluter here, it's rad and delish!
