I think you're talking about a banh bao, which are delicious.

When you go out for pho, try the pho dac biet. Has everything in it, the thin sliced beef, flank, tripe and tendon and sometimes little Viet meatballs. Good stuff!

It did not disappoint.

Falafel stayed true to this thread, and had the pho with sliced beef.
Heading back for some more Bun today. I'm excited.

I'm sticking with the phô again.

I went shopping at Global Foods (a huge international foods market) and made some awesome saimin today. Kamaboko, mushrooms, egg, lap chong, and some green onions. Gidget got mad at me for slurping. I told her you're supposed to.

This is the saddest thing I've heard all day. I know things are not going well for you right now, just don't do anything rash.

I just got back from Pat's Philly Cheesesteaks. 25% off everything this month, I had a biggie cheesesteak, it's like crack on a bun. A whole lot of crack.

I enjoy the fine dining options at all the big box chains. Tomorrow: dinner at K-Mart. Delish!
