Do you know/remember the name of the farm she bought them from?

I don't know at the moment, but I can ask her. It was one of those things where the farm takes a bunch of orders well in advance and then drives a truck load down to Las Vegas and everyone comes to collect their orders. We also got a crap load of peaches and tomatoes and something else, I think. My wife canned two big boxes of tomatoes and froze the peaches, I think (those were awesome too, but they don't last nearly as long as the apples).

I imagine they don't do have these trucks in Utah, or at least I never saw it when I was there.

I will ask my wife to see if she remembers.

Thank you. We got some peaches from their orchards a couple years ago. They were delish. I may have to try some apples.

I love honeycrisp apples, Supergabers! But I don't cook with them so I have no recipes for you. They are just too good so I just eat them. I even sometimes try and persuade my children they want grapes or bananas, so there are more apples for me!

I'm eating one right now. I love Costco. It was an impulse buy yesterday.

I've never had an east coast honeycrisp, but those grown in WA rock. I look forward to them every year.

We have gone through 2 of them already this season.

Had one yesterday and was thinking to myself that those things just never disappoint. I've never had one that was anything less than incredibly flavorful.

Just had a Lady Pink that was better than any Honeycrisp I've had this year. It was perfectly sweet and crisp, with a hint of tartness. After i finished it I actually went and pulled the label out of the trash can to double check that it wasn't a Honeycrisp.
