You could try your luck with the new Detroit pizza spot.

I am a fan of the Buffalo Nickel Burger here:

There is a hole-in-the-wall Thai place in downtown provo that has amazing curry (but avoid the Pad Thai). Always crowded.

Hole-in-the-wall ramen shop in Orem is always a good meal:

This upscale mexican restaurant in AF is supposed to be really good. Have not tried it yet.

I'll second the recommendation for the Silver dish thai place. We tried it when we dropped the kid off last month. Curry was really good. They were super understaffed, so it took awhile to get our meal out, but we all really enjoyed it.

We also ate at the Two Jacks pizza place just down the road from there. Really good. Would definitely recommend it.

      • There is a nice little Italian shop on the AF/Lehi border that has good lasagna, spaghetti, and sandwiches

It is starting to get popular and busy, but luckily they take reservations.

I ate the hog jowl nachos. They were delicious. I'm not sure they are better than some of the other food I've had here, but damn good.

The Mezcal paloma was a disappointment.

          • Pro tip: Go to Via 313 on Halloween. Not crowded at all. We just walked in right now (just before 6pm) and thought we would have a 30-45 minute wait but were immediately seated.

              • Someone in the UC needs to visit this place and report. It was started by a kid from my ward. He’s taking an entrepreneurial class in the Marriott School and this is his business he started.

i reall just want to know if the food tastes decent because MJ and I will be in Utah next month and we are being asked to check it out, but I don’t want to make the trip if it really sucks.

fun little menu. i'll be down that way on saturday and will try to remember to stop in.

                    (edit) getting great reviews, ftr.

We did the date night deal. I got the spinach artichoke bun and husband got bunbq. We were still hungry after these so we got the chicken one and I bit into a cold center of chicken. Ingredients seemed very cheap (like chicken from a can). The four mini sweet bunz were good but weren’t impressive at all. Not worth it for the price, could have had a better and cheaper meal down the street at five sushi bros or the kolache restaurant

Hi! Thank you so much for the feedback! We appreciate you letting us know the inconveniences we caused. When you come back in we would love to give you a date night bundle and extra bun crack on us to compensate for the poor first impression we gave you.

He is a good kid. He was very popular in high school but always looked out for the younger mormon kids from the ward. Served a mission in Mexico. Was raised in a rich family (dad is an orthodontist) but is very grounded. I’m surprised he isn’t married yet since all the girls in the ward loved him.

Starter seems way too much of dudebro. It also doesn't look good to me either. Someone else will have to try it.

Also, kind of reminds me of this.

                          • I love bao. I would try it if I were in the neighborhood. But at $4.50 a bun, they'd better be incredible. My local favorite bao place (Graffiti Bao) is 3 for $9.
