Jerry's! That's it. I couldn't remember the name for the life of me yesterday. The place wasn't half bad. But yeah it was destined for failure from the start. It had an awkward location that you could only get to from the one side heading south. And it was huge. That space was always empty. I remember they had that token thing for ordering and pickup which I suppose was a decent idea if it were ever packed. But it never was. IIRC, it was modeled after an old place like it in the very same spot. It may have even been Jerry's then too. Maybe some of the older guys know or remember it

most occasions - water or Crystal Lite Lemonade. Once a week I'll have a DMD at work.

I may be small, but I'm slow.

Where do you get those from? For triples, I've never had a Maredesous, but I've had Affligem, Orval, La Trappe, and Westmalle versions and enjoy them (no more than 2 at a time).

Here in Chicago, Matilda and Oberon are common enough that you can find them on tap at various restaurants and bars and at high end grocers. Matilda is made in Chicago and Bell's Oberon is made in Michigan. You can find Maredsous in places like Bevmo, Binny's or sometimes Whole Foods. You may even find the other two craft beers in those places as well. And yes you have to be careful with the Belgium style triples since most are near 10% ABV.

Sports game-there: water or occasional hefeweizen; home: SoCo & Coke or a premium beer (Guinness has been good this summer)
Theater w/popcorn - Coke or lemonade, but I generally don't get popcorn
Fine dining - Usually water, maybe a wine or a premium beer
Fast food - Water and occasionally lemonade
Most liquid in fridge - Juice
Hot summer day/BBQ - Mint julep or Heineken

Drink I can't stand: Pepsi products; diet cola (diet "fruit" soda is good); grapefruit juice

90-95% of my beverage consumption is water, but I usually allow myself 2-3 beers on the weekends, plus 1-2 nights a month that include mixed drinks and/or shots. I also enjoy half a glass of juice with breakfast.
