maybe it was the crack in his burritos. Dunno. Either way, I'm sad to see him go..that guy was always there working hard, super nice, and had a great model for a food place. I'm disappointed he's leaving but happy that Heirloom is taking over.

They recently opened a second restaurant (sort of - more like a permanent food truck) just south of BYU campus. Across the street from J-Dawgs. Woohoo!

Thanks for the intel. I'll have to talk to Jayson's Dad, and see what Jayson thinks of it.

There is one in by Thanksgiving Point now too. Today was my first visit. I'll be back.

I am surprised you liked it. I have had it twice now, didn't like it at all. A burrito with rice in it is not a true burrito.

It's definitely the Chipotle fast food style. Which I'm okay with. I live in Utah. Beggars can't be choosers when it comes to Mexican food.

Too bad Utah doesn't have some awesome Mexican like Rigobertos.

Mountain West burrito is good stuff. You need to get out more if you think you have to be a beggar with Mexican food in Utah. Go to the taco carts by the Sears on 8th South and State Street. You could also go to Mariscos in Provo. Just a few very good options.

Sure there are options within an hour radius of my home/work. Just not within 10-15 minutes.

                                Have you tried Café Rio?
