About midmorning someone realized it was national donut day, so we all threw change at this one guy and sent him to Banbury for some gourmet donuts. He came back quite a while later and explained that he had to smurf the donuts from 3 different places because everyone was sold out.

Now I am frenetically hopped up on sugar and am listening to Rebecca Black's Friday on endless loop.

Its a universal filler word. You can "smurf" anything. You can get smurfed, you can have a smurfin' great time, you can smurf someone up for stealing the last donut. Do whatever the smurf you want with it!

But I doubt its local. Its been making the rounds recently. Family Guy had a funny smurf bit a few years ago.

Crystal Meth didnt spawn smurfing. That happened later, after Mexico restricted pseudoepedrine sales. By then the industry had degenerated to just meth. Just trying to be ummmm... pre... cise.
