Your accent leads to an unforced error. "Caramel," (CARE-uh-mull) even though everyone from there pronounces it "carmel" (CAR-mull).

        New favorite in St George:

One of the better Italian restaurants I have been to anywhere. The only drawback, and it really isn't one if you're planning for it, is that it's a very long meal. At an hour and a half, we had to leave because we had tickets to a show and hadn't yet gotten our entrees. The waitress brought us them packaged up and gave us our $80 meal (for 4) for $20. I feel a little guilty about that. Definitely the best Italian I've eaten from a to go box.

Thanks for the Benja suggestion. Solid offerings and we especially enjoyed the asparagus with beef. Their version of 5-star spicy was sort of adorable, though. My toddler ate it without protest, though admittedly he has a higher than typical spicy tolerance for one of his age.
