So long as you are throwing the craptacular Lynn Wilson's or likewise, have at it. I actually thought it was funny.

MG, Central Market in Shoreline, Millcreek, and (if you ever get across the sound) Poulsbo makes fresh tortillas while you wait. They are phenomenally good. Last time I was there they had a standard wholegrain flour, wheat, and a sort of chipotle-style (Southwest) tortillas. I am gettng hungry just thinking about them. Next time I will buy 3-5 packages and freeze them.

    Good times.

Clackamas, did Hector ever get back into the country? Follow-up required!

Cool! Maybe I'll check that out this weekend.

I don't think I've ever seen an ode to a bread product before.

LOL, you're slippin', Babes. There's no leavening in tortillas.

My son has a friend named Hector, whom we've been friendly with since grade school. Hector is a great young man, 4.0 student, and was Student Body President his senior year of high school. Hector is enrolled at Portland State, and has been getting good grades as he works his way to a business degree. Hec, is such a go getter that the sky is the limit for him. Last week Hec was arrested by the INS. Turns out his parents came across the border when he was 2 months old, and used a fake social security number for him. He had no idea that he was not a naturalized citizen, and that his Soc Sec number was fake. He was deported to Mexico, and doesn't know what to do. Poor kid, he's really what America is all about - except for the being born here part.

              Hector likes good tortillas too.
              Clackamas,

Do you have an update for this story? This is horrible.
