Lou Malnati's: Crust is a bit different than most of the others. Buttery, and made with some corn meal.
Pizzeria Uno or Due: The originals (arguably). Don't think you know what Uno is about if you have eaten in one of the crappy franchise places. This is not the same thing at all.

I read that Charlie trotter died. I ate there back in the early 2000s now and then when in chicago. Pretty good eats but sometimes overrated.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.
