Great Greek is a franchise, but it's generally a good one. Back when there was only one in LV, my family and I would find excused to drive all the way over to it (45 mins from our house) because we loved the food so much. Now there is one just a couple miles from us, and a couple of knockoffs which are just as good. The fries are great, though. Battered and crispy.

I recently saw someone on Twitter post about Enrico's Deli in West Jordan and it looked really great. I can't necessarily recommend it because I haven't been there, but the reviews seem pretty good. Looks like they have a few loaded fry options.

        Enrico's is great.

So I was kind of late on the whole air fryer trend. I got one for Christmas and love it like I've never loved a kitchen appliance. Especially because I can finally get frozen fries to really crisp up. All that said, this thread inspired me to start making loaded fries with leftovers. Kind of a fun way to mix it up. Here's a super easy cheese sauce recipe that will take you all the way to flavortown.

              Air fryers are fantastic.

I got one too, and I'm surprised how much I use it. My favorite thing to cook in my air fryer is wings.

Here's a tip that changed a lot of things for me. Cold fries (McD's, CFA, etc.) can be reinvigorated by the air fryer. Practically brand new!

Yes. We often order wings and fries as takeout. But by the time we get it all home, the fries are wilty. Nothing 3-4 mins in the air fryer can't fix. Good as new.

Also, Wingstop fries are great, FWIW.

Love the little bit of sugar on them.

Put your leftover pizza in the air fryer for a couple of minutes. Just like fresh.

When you get the itch every couple of years, corn dogs are also great in an air fryer.

Put your cold ____ in the air fryer, 3-4 min. Just like new!
