It was good, not amazing. had the caramel cookie crunch, as well. Also good not amazing. The PC were excited because they had never eaten frozen eggnog before.
Never had the nog gelato from Talenti but I have a bit of an addiction for the sea salt caramel flavor.
But seriously, you know when you're a kid and you like milk chocolate and think dark is disgusting, and then some adult tells you "just wait until you're older"? Yeah, that's happening to me. I really don't care for milk these days (though I still like the mini eggs) but love dark. And the darker the better. The appeal of sweet keeps lessening for me as I get older.
Yep.
I generally prefer European chocolate because they use less sugar (Ritter, Milka, etc.). Cadbury is technically British, but they seem to overload it with sugar. I love Dove dark chocolate. Such a great flavor.

Mmmm....Milka. I was thrilled when I saw it on the shelves in the States, but unfortunately, they don't sell my favorite variety yet: milka_schoko_keks1.jpg
So, so, so delicious.

These also do pretty good knock off version of a designer (is that a thing?) bar I like. This is like a $3 version of one I typically see in chocolate shops for $7-8. TJ dark chocolate_3704.jpg
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

As for the bars, maybe I was wrong about the sugar content in Milka bars. Do they amp up the sugar in the bars they sell in the US? Either way, I do prefer the Milka flavor over Cadbury.
By the way, our family toured the Cadbury factory in Birmingham England a few years ago.

Speaking of seasonal awesomeness, did anyone notice how early egg nog hit the shelves. It's been creeping up earlier and earlier for a while, but this year, I saw it early October.
That is a bad thing.
Yeah, I believe that. To me, Milka et al just taste more chocolatey, but not necessarily less sweet. Maybe they have to put more sugar in it because of the stronger cocoa flavor.
