    It's so good on eggs.

I forgot that I love Sriracha too, but that only goes on Asian foods for me.

McCutcheon's Three Pepper Lemon Hot Sauce. Great flavor, not scorching hot.

They're out of Frederick, MD. They've got preserves, jellies, hot sauce, dressing, etc. My wife's aunt lives out there and brings us their product when she comes to visit. It's good stuff.

I have tried dozens. Tapatio and Chalula are good, but there are many many others. Still, I always come back to good old Tabasco. I love the vinegary taste that nothing else has.

If you like the tang of the vinegar, I don't know why you aren't running to the store to buy Franks. It's got all the great vinegary taste you need.

I like Crystal and Tabasco Garlic.

I also like a good Salsa Lizano.

I like all of the main ones listed here; Cholula, Sryracha, Tabasco, Chipotle Tabasco and Franks. Another good one is Texas Petes. I also love a good dose of Chinese Chili Oil or the little pot of chilis that they have at good Chinese restaurants. It's got a great kick.

I use Frank's with butter for my wing sauce.
