I'm with you on the Franks. It is my default hot sauce. On some certain foods I look for a different flavor and get something else, but Franks is my main source of heat.

I love Tabasco Chipotle. That stuff is the bomb diggity.
What he said. I have two giant bottles of Cholula and one of Tabasco Chipotle. I sprinkle them (sometimes one, sometimes the other, sometimes both) liberally on most everything when the mood strikes.
Awesomeness now has a name. Let me introduce myself.
I'm not a really big fan of Hot Sauces, but when I was in the army I always had a bottle of Tabasco when I went to the field. It made C Rations and later MREs almost palatable
A veteran - whether active duty, retired, or national guard or reserve is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to, "The United States of America ", for an amount of "up to and including my life - it's an honor."
When I don't feel like Sriracha chili sauce. I have been using all four kinds of this guys products lately and everyone of them is fantastic. My favorite is the Cayenne Habanero Sauce though.
I use Tapatio but have built up an immunity and it's no longer hot enough. I've been meaning to buy a bottle of Dave's Insanity Sauce and mix in a teaspoon with each new bottle.

They actually put little bottles of Tabasco in MREs now. Plus, the meals themselves have gotten a bit better.

I like tobasco, cholula, and rooster sauce (green).
Lately I have been migrating away from hot sauces and getting more into fersh cut peppers. I buy a few serranos and just bite into them....plenty of heat to give the food a kick and I don't have to lose any of the flavor of the food to the sauce.
The thing I don't like about Frank's et al is that you are getting calories with it, a la bbq sauce. Tabasco and other vinegary sauces are generally low-cal or calorie free. serranos obviously have calories but you get your vitamins.
My favorite current snack is a mission fave.....egg sandwich, sliced tomato, and hot pepper (in this case serrano). I will often skip the bread.
The only problem with serranos is that they don't last long. After a few days they start looking all gross.
