"They're good. They've always been good" - David Shaw.
Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.
Holly: The economic downturn has been difficult recently, soon forcing the closure of which branch? For five-hundred thousand dollars, is it A) Scranton, B) Buffalo, C) Utica, or D) toothbrush?
Last night's episode was the first time in a while the Office gave me a belly laugh from the diaphragm. It was that part where Toby and Dwight stalk [forget his name.. the black warehouse guy] and they call him an A hole out the window and he turns and it's his sister just as the guy comes out the front door on crutches. The timing or something really struck me funny.

ldc still wants to keep watching this show, I think last night's episode may have finally gotten her to accept that it no longer holds a place on our DVR.
How was this show so entertaining for 2-3 years and now not even entertaining for the cringe factor?

Speaking of this, I'm going to go out on a limb with an unpopular position, but so be it.
I knew it was time to walk away from The Office when I saw that episode wherein Michael, Jim and Dwight drive over to the other office, put on dumb disguises, shoot silly string and do something or other to the photocopy machine. I was done in an instant. Something in me popped, much like when a pro athlete innately knows that he has just endured a season-ending injury.
This past week I was watching Parks and Rec and I felt that same pop. It was a faint pop but an all too familiar one. Leslie is running for City Council and she is so excited about something, she breaks out into a gratuitous breakdance/headspin move while making three stooges-type "zany" noises. POP.
I think this season is the start of the end. It is still a great show, don't get me wrong. But I can't deny that I felt something that wasn't good. I'm going out on a limb and predicting it.

It is time for Aziz to have his own show anyway.
I never got on the Parks and Rec train, probably have only seen 2-3 episodes I just never got into it. I love Aziz. His stand up is great, I saw him in Portland last summer and his CD kills.

Does he still bits about his chubby little cousin that loves TNT?
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Whatever. James Spader is the best thing that's happened to that show in years. Just looking at him makes me laugh. I completely lost it when he took off his pants to jump in the pool.
