          Tore through S5 this week.

          Spoiler for discusses the season:
          I've only read page 10, so I'm sure there's been a ton of discussion, but I overall I enjoyed it. "Dexter" has never been as "compact" or artistic as "The Wire" or AMC's fine offerings, but the evolution of Dexter and his relationships fascinate me.

          My two main issues with this season: one, I don't remember them catching the other Fuentes brother after Deb shot Carlos(?), and it felt unresolved; two, the introduction of Capt. Matthews out of nowhere was pretty awful. They never gave the impression on how long the club stakeout had been going on, then he drops in and says it's taking too long.

          But Julia Stiles was great. And Jennifer Carpenter is fantastic, as always.

            About 5 episodes into season 5 and I'm not nearly as enthused about the show as I used to be. The Dexter formula is starting to wear a bit thin.
            So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.
