There was the "Shadow" strategy that went well for most teams.

Yeah, I did a good imitation of Shadow during those first few games. But I did okay once we got later in the evening. That was fun again.

This game is so hard to take a week off and then expect to be able to pick it up and run with it. I was struggling last night. It seemed like I could never get my killstreak reward. By the time I started feeling good, it was time to go to bed.

I just put in the worst night of COD ever. I don't know what it was but it seemed that I was a step behind. I actually believe I needed to reset my router b/c it seemed that I was on target and shooting first but on the kill cam it looked like I never fired a shot. It is a good thing the weekend is coming to an end. Another night like this one and I will no longer have a controller and will be in the need of some drywall work

I was so tired yesterday. So tired. I was asleep last night at 9. That NEVER happens for me. Fell asleep at 9 and woke up at 6 this morning and couldn't go back to sleep. So I played a couple of games this morning because everyone was still asleep.

I play free for all for the first time this morning. The board was Rust and there were 16 players. It was gay. I had like 20 kills and 65 deaths.

You want to know my secret to K/D? When I start having a couple of games in a row like that, I turn off the Xbox.

What happened last night HL? The game you left on, I ended up going 39-1-2 with a 27 kill streak and just blew the crap out of the dude that was talking smack. Sorry you kept ending up on the other team.

My 2 year old woke up a couple of minutes before that game started and then starting freaking out. I thought it would be nice of me to go get her and calm her down before she woke up my wife and other daughter.

Nice game though. Had I stuck around, you would have had an additional 7 kills on me.

We need get that party thing figured out.

Question about the game...

I was looking at the worldwide leaderboard for scores and noticed that some of the people with the same score as me are ranked significantly higher. I'm at 67, not yet prestiged, and there are some people in 1st or 2nd prestige with the same score. How is that possible?

Also, which game type provides the most points? Obviously it depends on how well you do, but I'm sure some provide higher average points than others. I usually just play TDM but I'm thinking Domination might be more productive.

Headquarters can yield a ton of points if you are good at it, but it will destroy your K/D ratio.

I need to branch out into some of these other games. I've been doing nothing but play team deathmatch.

I did play one game of domination. It was a full-on 16 player game on Rust. I had like 67 kills and somewhere around that same number of deaths. It was pretty crazy.

My favorite is search and destroy. That game takes serious skill and really would match your skill set pretty well.

I didn't reallize but I choose Free-for-all and it put me on Rust. 16 players and I had like 20 kills and 75 deaths. It wasn't even fun.

I need to branch out as well. I pretty match play team death match all the time.
