    Bruno

Sacha Baron Cohen may be promulgating crude and lowest common denominator humor, but it looks hilarious.

If anyone else in Utah County is interested in seeing it, let me know and we can have a CUF shindig.

Bruno was a huge disappointment. I really liked Borat because I thought a lot of the reactions were real. Here I would guess at least 75+% of it was staged. The big get was Ron Paul, and he didn't do anything crazy or wild, just walked out and called him "queer".

I also had to sit next to a smelly guy who had just given himself the patchouli bath, and downed at leat a 6 pack or more of Natty Light.

This movie doesn't look even remotely funny.

Reviews have been pretty good so far, Ebert said it is an 82 minute movie that doesnt contain 30 boring seconds. It is going to open at close to 50 million which will be top 5 all time for a comedy.

The HSX market thinks it will openm around $41 Million, but I think that is low and that it will be closer to your $50M figure, maybe 47-48.

I just was Borat for the first time a couple nights ago. Pretty funny. Definitely not something I could watch with Mrs. Donut, though.

I have no desire to see this movie. Bruno is my least favorite character of Sasha's.

There is gratuitous dong in Bruno, I am not sure if that would help or hurt with Mrs. Donut.

                  Well then, we're seeing it.
What's to explain? It's a bunch of people, most of whom you've never met, who are just as likely to be homicidal maniacs as they are to be normal everyday people, with whom you share the minutiae of your everyday life. It's totally normal, and everyone would understand.

I have to know... why do R-Rated comedies always feel compelled to include a gratuitous dong? Does this make the movie funnier? Guys, do you think suddenly viewing some dude's dick is hilarious?

Why does any movie ever need to show a naked female breast?

                        No movie ever needs to.

Do you have an answer for my question?

Most R-rated comedies I can think of right now do not feature man meat.

I don't know but I have seen way too much wang in movies lately for my taste. The Hangover (twice), Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Borat (maybe they didn't show wang, but that whole scene was disturbing), Walk Hard. I wish they'd move on as weiners have lost all comedic value for me.

Of course movies don't need to show boobs, but the world is a better place because they do.
