I have no idea if this will be any good, but could there possibly be be a more awesome movie concept? Answer: no.

have you guys read the book? I think you are getting way too amped about this movie. The book was fun reading, would hardly get excited about it.

I didn't even know there was a book. The whole idea of Honest Abe killing vampires I presume with his axe is new to me, I guess that's why I'm excited.

It is a couple of years old. an easy read and enjoyable. I would suggest reading it. From the same genre as Pride Prejudice Zombies, Android Karenina, Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters.

What are you talking about? I'm absolutely thrilled that I won't be seeing this. Can't we all enjoy the film in our own way?

This sounds so awful that it just might end up being good.

When I saw the trailer in the theater, I imagined how Abe would react if somehow he were able to see the movie, without any advance explanation. Thinking about his reaction is probably the only thing that would make me find the movie appealing. He would probably be surprised by his apparent legacy.

I think Abe would be tickled. He might find the profanity and violence abhorrent, though. I won't. I think I like the concept enough to throw down and see it.
