        At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah

              They have a lot of the Frontline episodes available to stream. It's not for everyone (some people feel it has a liberal bias that ruins the show for them), but I find a lot of their shows to be informative and thought-provoking.

                      Just like Louis C.K. Interesting. Funny that is on Netflix so soon. He should have milked the $5 thing a while longer.

                          No idea, but I thought the whole reason for going to the $5 website distribution was that these guys got to keep all the profits. I would think he'd want to string that out a bit longer before giving it away for free.

                          I know Louis C.K. made $200k (that's profit) in his first week of offering it online. I think I heard him say later in an interview with Terri Gross that he made something like $2M over all.

                            I remember hearing somewhere that each show watched costs Netflix somewhere around a dollar. That might have been for the shipped DVDs. Not sure how much of their costs are to pay for content, but it has to be less than a dollar per view.

                              Just watched "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind". Can't believe it's taken me this long to get to it. Now one of my all-time favorites.
