I like the Beatles pretty well, there is only one song that comes to mind that I would want left off "My Guitar Gently Weeps." That song bothers me for some reason.

Lately I have loved "For No One". It is such a great image of losing a love.

Other Beatles songs near the top of my list right now. It changes a lot, so many good choices:

      Here Comes the Sun
      Side 2 of Abbey Road
      It's Only Love
      In My Life

And a great JethroTullAqualung shout out to you too.

Speaking of which, I often amuse myself by imagining what it would sound like if Jethro Tull covered the Men At Work song "Down Under."

In a similar way, I wonder what a Bob Marley and the Wailers cover of the Eagles "Peaceful Easy Feeling" might sound like.

I was kind of a Jethro Tull fan as a kid, but after listening to them for years on classic rock stations, I have grown tired of them. I read once that Jethro Tull and Led Zeppelin used to tour together (JT as a warm-up band) and that Jimmy and Robert and the gang couldn't stand JT. They called them "Jethro Dull". This bolsters my theory about the effects of repeated exposure to JT music.

I will grant an exception, however, for Hymn 43.
