It's been a Netflix b-movie Sunday:
Creepshow 2 (I'm into it!
)
House (the 1986 'horror' flick)
Bobby Z (I'm sure Paul Walker was a very nice guy)"I'm anti, can't no government handle a commando / Your man don't want it, Trump's a bitch! I'll make his whole brand go under,"

Running Scared starring Paul Walker. I want those two hours back.

12 Years a Slave: good, needed to be made and watched, well done, but not best picture worthy.
American Hustle: very good. Great acting all around, great characters, great story. Little cliche-ish ending for a Best Picture type, but I'm not a movie critic, I loved it.
So far, my fav of the best picture nominees was Nebraska. Watching Dallas Buyer's Club next.

He pretty much plays Kevin Costner in this movie too. But I got caught up enough in the movie that I didn't mind. My daughter loves football and I kind of grudgingly went to see it with her -- I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it.Originally posted by Northwestcoug View PostI think that has to with the fact that Costner is a terrible actor.
I have a good friend who is a huge and long-suffering Browns fan, so maybe I was able to adopt some of his feeling for the team. The filmmakers did deal with that aspect of the Browns' history, though, so it was a little easier to take. Like I said, this movie will do fine in the after-theater market.Originally posted by UVACoug View PostI also think a lot of people are disenchanted with Kevin Costner. The reason I haven't had any interest in seeing it is that I dislike most if what he has done recently. Is he good in the role?
Also, I'm not sure how I am supposed to get excited about a movie about the behind-the-scenes process of the Brown's draft day, a franchise that hasn't done anything remarkable on the field for as long as I have been following the NFL. Are we supposed to suspend belief enough to accept that made an amazing, franchise-changing draft pick?“There is a great deal of difference in believing something still, and believing it again.”

I haven't heard great things, but I'll watch Jaime Fox in almost anything. I even like him in dumb Jimmy Fallon skits.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostSpider-man 2.
