    And that's being generous.
Kids in general these days seem more socially retarded...

None of them date. They hang out. They text. They sit in the same car or room and don't say a word...they text. Then, they go home and whack off to internet porn.

I think that's the sad truth about why these kids are retards.

I saw From Paris With Love over the weekend. It reminded me of a Rush Hour movie plot that took itself way too seriously.

I was going on my month-old memory of watching the trailer. Either way, it doesn't matter. Ski resorts do not close for a whole week.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

I will be seeing Valentine's Day this weekend.

          Should be awesome!
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

I likely won't see this movie until it comes to TV but it looks like a good one.

2010 looks like a down year for film. No Tarantino, no PT Anderson, no Charlie Kaufman, Coen Brothers doing a remake.

No thank you to Spiderman 4, Iron Man 2, Transformers 3, or anything else that used to be a comic book and has lots of explosions.

Inception does look like it should be good.

Not that the Coen Brothers need me to defend them, but I quite think they have earned the benefit of the doubt about any project they care to do. Also, I think there is a significant distinction between making a film adaptation of a book that has previously been adapted and doing a straight remake of an old movie. The former is what the Coens are ostensibly doing with TRUE GRIT.

And who knows? Maybe this will be a groundbreaking year for new filmmakers. Also, please tell me TRANSFORMERS 3 is not this year. My heart can't take it.

True Grit actually looks like it could be decent. IMHO Coen Brothers are at their best when the film is a little darker/more serious than their typical film.

Dude, how bad does VALENTINE'S DAY look? In the commercials, when Julia Roberts does that big laugh, it makes me regret getting a widescreen TV.

It is good, but *SKIP THE "LAST MOVIE I SAW" THREAD* because I'm a jackass that posted a spoiler that was then quoted.

I love the Coen Brothers, but I just cant get my mind around a remake of True Grit without John Wayne. Might as well do a remake of Patton without George C. Scott.
