This list lost all credibility when you left off Eastbound & Down. There's no such thing as luck, only drunken invincibility. Make it happen.

Agreed on Dexter. What a great show. I won't see Season 4 til next Summer though when it comes out on DVD.
I finally gave in to Burn Notice and watched the 1st Season on DVD and now have the 2nd Season, but haven't watched it yet.
The only 2 shows I'm watching that are on TV right now are Glee and Flash Forward.
I'll also check out V when it starts in November, and then whenever Caprica is supposed to start I'll check that out too.

Buffy is probably my all-time favorite TV series.Originally posted by UteStar View PostDollhouse is clever. It is not a typical Joss Whedon show as there is very little humor. In terms of Whedon shows, I would put it well behind Firefly and Buffy. I do like Dushku. The last few episodes of season 1 were very good, the rest of the season was slightly above average. It is really struggling in the ratings this year so I do not know how much longer it has to live.
I know, I'm a dork.

Any Top 5 TV Shows list that doesn't include Mad Men is laughable. I LAUGH AT YOU!Originally posted by UteStar View PostYou have all been lucky to be a party of my annual top 5 lists. Things have changed recently though as shows like Veronica Mars and Battlestar Galactica are no longer on the air. Sad.
Here is the new list:
1. Fringe--This is a fascinating and crazy show. I got into a bit last year but stopped...the show became progressively better. It is so out there, but very watchable. Anna Torv is awesome in her role and Joshua Jackson is very good in it as well.
2. Dexter--Yes, the show has dropped a bit, but this season seems a step up again from last year. It is fabulous.
3. Burn Notice--Very watchable show with very good actors and an interesting storyline.
4. Lost--Before last season, I was sick of Lost. It didn't seem like anyone had a clue what to do with it, but last year was genius. Very good.
5. Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia--This is the most inappropriate show on tv and it is hillarious. None of the actors have one ounce of humanity and no redeeming qualities about them, but the show is always very funny.
Other shows that deserve a nod: The Soup, Curb your Enthusiasm, Breaking Bad, the Office.Visca Catalunya Lliure

Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Not sure I'd agree. I've watched several episodes of MM (my wife loves it, though she claims she's not feeling season 3 so far), and never once have I cared any about the characters or what was going to happen next with the storyline. I also don't really care about wardrobes or the peculiarities of the 50s, so there's basically nothing about it that I find interesting.Originally posted by Tim View PostAny Top 5 TV Shows list that doesn't include Mad Men is laughable.
