Apparently he was Canadian until the end. He was playing hockey when he died.Originally posted by wuapinmon View PostAlan Thicke had a heart attack and died."...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. I should have screen shot it, but when the CNN notification hit my phone, it read "Allen Thicke, actor and father of Robin Thicke, passed away. He was 63." Or something close to that. I was just glad that Robin was getting his credited.Originally posted by HuskyFreeNorthwest View PostNow we only have Robin Thicke.
Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkI told him he was a goddamn Nazi Stormtrooper.

Damn, that makes me sad.
Sager mentioned that he ran the bases with Hank Aaron after the homerun that pushed him past Ruth. I thought he meant he was one of those dirty hippies that rounded third with him, but he's actually standing there with the team at home plate looking like Joe Namath in a long white coat.Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

He fought at least 2 recurrences of leukemia. Remission in leukemia is pretty tenuous, especially the one he had. I think earlier this year he announced that it had recurred again. After 2 failed stem cell transplants, the prognosis is pretty grim.Originally posted by byu71 View Post
