Yes. I'm guessing it was created as a joke with the punchline being any of the thousands of idiotic people who share it.
Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

Did the Nazis really ban guns? How about George III?
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

Wait, did you just say better trained Indian developers? That is just not the case. If there are better trained Indians it is because they all have a graduate degree from a US school, every single one. I have never met a software engineer from India that did not have an MS from an American school, and I work with more Indians than US citizens. I actually talked about this with a group of 6 engineers I'm mentoring that are all from India just last week. I commented that every single Indian I've known has an M.S., they explained that they needed the MS to "catch up" because education in India is a lot different than here.

From my experience, the ratio of good:bad software engineers is no different between kids born and raised in the US and those born and raised in India. I've seen some horrible engineers (foreign and US citizens) from some big name technical schools that absolutely suck, while guys that got their degree from DeVry can code and design circles around them. The whole argument of lack of talent that is used to justify H1-B is bogus. The fact is that H1-B visas are being abused to keep salaries artificially low for software engineers by inflating the talent pool with foreign workers. There is no shortage of technical talent in the US for those skilled positions. There is, however, a shortage of technical talent for what employers are willing to pay. I've met and worked with some truly talented Indian engineers, but I've met and worked with an equal number of truly talented US engineers.

Something, something, this is the result of dumbing down our schools and the uncool computer nerd stereotype and salaries lower than they should be, something, something...

                          Dammit... I'm ranting...

Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

                              • "I was so disappointed this evening to find this sign posted at the WeHo Public Library, particularly since California as a state stopped recognizing Columbus Day as a paid holiday for government workers in 2009. I expected the City of West Hollywood Government - one that has embraced marginalized communities since its inauguration - to be much more progressive on this issue than they apparently are. (Or is this a County of Los Angeles Department of Parks & Recreation issue?) This needs to change NOW. Suggestions on how we can make that happen? ‪#‎IndigenousLivesMatter‬ ‪#‎WeHoShouldDoBetter‬"
