      Why can't that be true? I'm not saying it's a great investment, but the boe cost of a fracked well is continuing to go down. Some are around $40/boe

          The part of your statement that I bolded (profitable at $40). Maybe they've cracked the code in the Bakken or the Eagle Ford, but that's certainly not true in the areas I'm most familiar with.
