Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

LOL. Idaho might give you a free bus ticket to SLC too.

Utah tops nation for voluntarism 8 years running

For the eighth consecutive year, the Beehive State was recognized as the top state for voluntarism, according to the Volunteering and Civic Life in America report for 2013.

The Corp. for National and Community Service reports 47.7 percent of Utah adults volunteer, up from 40.9 percent last year.

Utah’s volunteer rate far exceeds the national average of 26.5 percent, which dropped slightly from the previous year, the report said.

I wonder if all the Bishops, home teachers, RS teachers, etc are counted as doing volunteer work?

No, but serving a welfare assignment is. That's one of the reasons why you must sign in and out when you do a welfare assignment. Those hours are tracked.

Then I think it is a pretty fair representation. It isn't easy to get people to do Welfare assignments and the welfare program of the church helps many, many people.

They're just finally sending back the homeless that SLC shipped down before the Olympics.
