but I'm impressed with the Silverado 2500HD with diesel. It appears to be slightly better than the Ford or Dodge in some of the performance characteristics. Is this better performance worth overlooking that I might be buying a "Government Motors" vehicle?
Not a big fan of the Auto bailout (seriously, this is NOT intended to be Political),

Yes, 500k shares or 26% of GM. GM stock will be worth less than $21 if it is indeed headed for bankruptcy but Obama most likely won't short the stock for political reasons.Originally posted by Mormon Red Death View PostNo they still own500k shares worth 21/share that they bought for 53/share"If there is one thing I am, it's always right." -Ted Nugent.

A neighbor of mine who has been die hard Dodge for years just bought the Chevy 2500 with the Duramax. It's a great vehicle, government motors or not. I'd go for it.Originally posted by ByuMba90 View Postbut I'm impressed with the Silverado 2500HD with diesel. GM is still at a serious cost disadvantage relative to it's competitors. Just a matter of time before they enter bk again. Hopefully they do it the Romney way, not the illegal Obama way that screwed over the bondholders (just what did O have on that judge anyway??)."Remember to double tap"

Perhaps of more concern should be the fact that it's known to be one of the least reliable trucks on the road. Between that and the gas mileage, I don't think I couldn't afford to drive one.Originally posted by ByuMba90 View Postbut I'm impressed with the Silverado 2500HD with diesel.
