I'm probably going to fly frontier from the Vo to ATL for the Ga Tech game. Less than $300 r/t and I won't have to connect through ORD standby on a Sunday.

You return home from your trip with a standard 5 minute walk to the parking structure and 20 minute drive home. Total of 75-85 minutes.

Vs. driving to Provo, which takes 45 minutes. 10 minutes to park and to the gate. Return is equal. Total of 110 minutes. Plus, it's PROVO. blech.

Are you sure you don't "sprint like Usain Bolt" to your car in 30 seconds?
I assume most of them are from the south end of the valley, so the drive would be about the same. That's about the only reasonable point you make. The rest of your post is gibberish.

5-minute walk to the parking structure? That's funny. Only if you park in short-term parking. Long-term parking was overhauled a few years back and it is merged into a single lot. It can take 20-25 minutes just to find a spot and ride the shuttle from parking, depending where you park and how busy it is. I typically use off-site parking.

30 minutes at worst? Last year I got to the terminal 1 hr 15 min before a flight and barely made it on the plane. Depends on how busy it is and whether or not you are checking luggage. That would never happen at PVU.

I fly through SLC 12-16 times per year and through PVU 4-5 times per year.

Between trying to pay a crew to come in twice a day and your TSA people it's no wonder it didn't work.

This is no good. BYU will never get into the Big 12 until we have a good airport.

Doesn't matter. The two feet of daily snowfall made BYU to B12 DOA.

It's just a matter of time before someone else steps in, given Frontier's success in the market. U.S. Airways?

Lufthansa or Qantas would be my guess.

That's too bad. Frontier was going to be my go to for travel next year. I haven't flown enough with Delta this year for Gold status next year. Silver isn't worth sticking around. Hopefully someone else take Frontiers place sooner than later.

Frontier is my second-favorite airline. Alaska has better food.

From the article it sounds like there is a good chance that some other airline will step in and fill the void.

                            Please make it Southwest Airlines!
