Are you referring the 2010 CUF Ride at Bend (hosted by HFN)? So after a 40-mile tune-up Friday, and the main event Saturday (around 88 miles with a lot of climbing), Topper went out and did another 88 on the Sabbath?

We need to start planning a suitable ride for next year, so Topper, BigPiney, RCVikings and bluegoose can kill each other.

Well I am not in that sort of shape right now. I did 90 in the 110 heat and virtually died. Now I'm running 18 tomorrow and I'm aghast at how slow that run will be. It will be timed via a calendar. See you some time in August.

I always get weirded out at the thought of meeting people from online places. However, those from CUF whom I have met (not those I knew from before) have been cool and the interaction was surprisingly bereft of creepiness. Big ups, CUF!

Ditto. However, I've never actually been successful at meeting anyone online. So I can't say if it is surprisingly bereft of creepiness or not.
