I like the greek burger joints, but their onion rings aren't great. JCW's onion rings are great but expect to take forever when you go there. They are slow.

Maybe I should grab Burger Supreme or Apollo Burger for lunch today.

I am happy with not have much backyard space. I have enough space for my Blackstone, pizza oven, and a place to sit and hang out, which is enough for me.

As for square footage, I went from around 1500 square footage to 3900 square footage about a year ago. It has been a huge improvement. Lots of bathrooms is great and is underrated.

We just purchased and acre lot that we are going to build on in Spring of 2027. I'm looking forward to a big back yard to have a large garden in. I want to do something like a fruit/veggie pantry for the community. A way to pass the time, and a hobby to keep me busy.

TK1 and her husband bought the lot next to us. He has a riding mower and will take care of that portion of it.

I'm guessing backyards in my area look vastly different than back yards in yours. I have like 150 trees and bushes on my 1/2 acre lot. I'm so done with trimming and pruning. And that's even with a yard guy.

    Agree about the bathrooms.
I figure it will take about 5 years for me to get tired of maintaining our yard, though right now I enjoy it. But an added benefit of our 'front 40' (is this even a saying south of the border? Our 'back 40' is our unfenced part of our land) is the distance it keeps our neighbors, even though they're super nice.

Yard space is important for grandkids that come over as well. I am blessed to have just enough of both.
