Very beautiful. My magnolia trees are just blooming, my azaleas are budding and will bloom next week (I have the smaller varieties), the rhododendrons are not far off, and as for the peonies, I still need to dig some up from my neighbor's yard in the middle of the night and plant them in my backyard. I want peonies: bad.

It's all a little bittersweet, however, when one thinks of the red Japanese maple that passed last year. This year's for her; this year's for her.

The fifth photo in the first block is from my Satsuma orange tree. It survived the 17 degree nights!!!!!

I love Magnolia trees. The ice storm of this winter ripped the top off of mine

Thanks wuap. I really miss SC this time of year. I tell everyone that they haven't seen flowers until they see the South in the springtime. And nothing smells better than a magnolia.

This area is beautiful this time of the year. Cherry blossoms, dogwood trees, magnolias, azaleas. Just driving 95 is a bit nicer than usual.
