    In terms of money though, I seriously can't think of an amount money I would accept to give up the internet for a year. I'd do all sorts of crazy things for money (I know what you're thinking and that's not what I mean so get your mind out of the gutter.) I'd eat really disgusting and weird things that wouldn't hurt me for relatively small amounts of cash, etc. But give up the internet for a year? I don't think I could do it.
    What's to explain? It's a bunch of people, most of whom you've never met, who are just as likely to be homicidal maniacs as they are to be normal everyday people, with whom you share the minutiae of your everyday life. It's totally normal, and everyone would understand.
