What's irritating is that my wife actually set up that account, but had yet to post. She's been meaning to sign up and participate a bit here - she's read a bit here and there when I've been posting - and had set up that account so she could participate.

Speaking of my wife, she's madder than a wet hen at my son. He knows that whatever punishment I come up with will pale in comparison to what ever she is going to do with him. He's in his room - probably thinking if he should put together a will - and is afraid to show his face.

IPU, may I suggest that you and the wife wait a bit before you lower the hammer? Part of me admires the audacity and success of the hoax, but part of me hopes you really kick his ass (I was worried sick!). But he's just a kid. Show him some mercy.

I was actually so pissed off about this that we canceled dinner plans, went to the gym and I water jogged/swam 8 very angry laps (in record, for me, time). Then, feeling like I might pass out if I continued venting, I played around with the kids for another 30 minutes, clutching them tightly thinking about evil in the world, finding it almost unfathomable to think that someone normally so proactive about his 2nd Amendment rights would have this happen to him.

Now, I'm just glad that my friend is alright and that he's not in the hospital. Those kids need to copy the entire text of Peter and the Wolf about 1000 times by hand in cursive as punishment.

This whole thing seemed weird from the get-go, ask around I texted people my disbelief.

I see the interaction going down as follows:
