Forty years ago, a London publisher was working on a groundbreaking sex manual - a "gourmet guide" to sexual pleasure, with copious and detailed illustrations. But how could this be done tastefully and legally?

Some kind (and likely orthodox) soul gifted the pocket version of the book to my wife and I at our wedding. No, we don't still have it ... and no, we didn't need it :rowwwrrr: but, I will admit it is a beautifully illustrated literary work.

I was friend with the bishop's son when I was a kid. We found a copy in the bishop's sock drawer and carefully read each page. Did that book really have pictures? Hmm. I don't recall.
