generally shouldnt turn down service i think but not every service project is as good as others. can't do service all the time. Ironically, that was my original intention but I did a little googling and Hilton typically uses "turn down service" or "turndown service", but rarely (i.e., none that I could find) "turn-down service" on their websites. But what do they know?
