        The school districts have been really quick on the trigger today and the last snow day, imo. There's not much snow this time, but the snow followed by sleet and rain iced the roads up pretty well. They probably should have just delayed start by a couple of hours or something.

                Church cancelled!!

                Snow day. The power being out at the church building helped in that decision. That and chains are required on all the road leading to town.

                  Almost had the family ready for stake conference to hear Elder Bednar speak before I saw the giant snow flakes falling from the heavens. Stake conference cancelled for the Schr-Utes.

                        You two can just go...that's the anger talking.

                        So thanks to the awesome Utah weather and a large hockey rink posing as a road I totaled my car yesterday. Broke my thumb and bruised my knee but thank goodness for modern automobiles.

                            I was happy to hear someone say the drought in N. California is over. I would think Utah's is also over.

                              -4 at the moment. This will make the 20th night this month that we've seen sub-zero temps. I don't think it's a record, but it's close.

                                If any of your cattle freeze, you can send me the ribs, brisket, rump roast, and just about any other cut. The petite tender from a few years ago was fabulous. Just trying to help. ;-)
