let's talk about loafers. i wish i liked bit loafers so i could buy a pair of ferragamos. i like monk straps, but they give off the "oh i work in marketing" vibe a little too much. i almost bought a pair of tbny monks at the anniversary sale, but the toe was a bit too pointed. penny loafers can look nice but don't seem as versatile as something like a venetian loafer. :rant:

My shoes came yesterday and I'm glad I got 10s. I've got pretty wide feet and the shoes are a little narrow, so having a little room at the toe isn't so bad.

Hit up Last Chance while in PHX for depos, recently. Grabbed a $450 pair of black To Boot NY cap-toes for $60. Brand new w/tags. Also snagged some gently used tan Cole Haans for $40. Years ago I picked up some To Boot NY's at the same place. I still have those things and they are in great shape. Unfortunately the toe is a little square for today's fashion.
