What would be the preferred car for greying, but still strikingly handsome, man? Something that looks nice, but doesn't scream mid-life crisis, or wannabe hipster dbag.

BMW 5 series
Mercedes E-Class
Lexus IS

He said moms on their way to Costco. IOW, the moms leaving his town/neighborhood on their way to Costco are driving those cars, but once they get to the Costco parking lot, they are the minority.Originally posted by LA Ute View PostCostco parking lots must look very different in Utah County than in other parts of the country.I'm like LeBron James.

I love the look and the catchet of Porsche (there is no substitute!). I just don't see myself owning one, especially around here (where the are extremely rare). Looks like the University of Illinois, for me.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostIt appears that you enjoy sedans and vehicles with unisex appeal, including the elderly and moms on their way to Costco.

Looks-wise, it beats the crap out of most of those sedans on your list.Originally posted by Art Vandelay View PostReally? That is the one Porsche model, I do not like the looks of at all. 911s on the other hand, are like swimsuit models, amazing to look at but out of my league."There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? If I really wanted to up the ante, I could go with one of these. The head international salesman (most all of his sales are in the middle east) is a patient of mine.Originally posted by camleish View Post

If you are over 50, go with the Mercedes. If you are under 40 go with the BMW. You could get a sweet used 5 series (2011 model) for well under $50K.Originally posted by Art Vandelay View PostI've been on another carcovetingbrowsing kick. Audi A5s are really nice, but I've always been told to stay away from Audi (no idea why). I had a manager that bought a A5 and it was a sexy car....for a female anyway.
Infiniti G had great styling when it came out, but it's so overdone and so popular that it hold little appeal to me. I'd estimate that every fourth house in my neighborhood has an Infiniti G.
I have no opinion on Lexus."Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

Whatever you get off this list make sure it is a diesel and that you fill it up with used Mickey-D fry oil so you are cool with those hippie kids up there in the granola-land.Originally posted by Art Vandelay View PostI've been on another carcovetingbrowsing kick.
