On the way to work today there was a truck parked next to some chinese food shops and it's back sliding door was up. Inside there were dozens of pig carcasses just laying there. I had two questions, how is this sanitary and how did they cut those babies in half. Now I know the answer to one.

Episode 20 did it (the only episode I saw). It was 'Ming Warrior vs. Musketeer'.

The Ming Warrior sword (dao) expert was standing between two pigs. In about 5 he delivered 5 kill strokes. He cut the two pigs in half with about 2 stroked each, plus he could thrust the sword entirely through the pig in one motion.

IIRC, a carcass isn't considered "sanitary." While most places go for food-grade sanitation, meat transportation, when it's a whole or half animal (hooved), is allowed without packaging. It will, hopefully, be washed again before butchering.

I must admit - I was more impressed with the sword's ability to poke holes in a metal drum and car hood than I was with its ability to pop a balloon. And that is taking into account the fact that the balloon was 21 flippin' feet away when he began his charge.

I'm actually tempted to make this purchase if it will keep people from being able to take advantage of me. I would stick it by the door and begin with those girl scouts when they come peddling their cookies. Them little girls ALWAYS take advantage of me.

No - I'm not suggesting actually USING the sword on them. I just figure having it by the door, as the man says, will scare them off.
