      I had a Canadian professor in med school who confused everyone with "capillary".

                    I don't know about your spelling but it wouldn't take very long to find a grammatical error.

                      Same. I challenge anyone to identify anywhere I've misspelled a word using an editor that UNDERLINES ALL MISSPELLED WORDS IN RED!

                        judgment/judgement and acknowledgement/acknowledgment. I think one is the UK version and one is the US version, but I can't remember which is the US.

                        Parentheses (want to spell it parantheses)

                        Massachussets (is that right? I always want to put one "s" in the second "ss" and two "t"s. 'Connecticut. Similar issue: want two "t"s at the end. Insert joke about the Maine kid who can't spell two states in his region [here].
