I think I have played once since I last posted here. I do really enjoy the game but it does take time and it has been my busy time is year at work. I’ve also found that having played it lots, there is a lack of variety. For example, as lot of the pictures come from Amsterdam, Budapest, London, or Paris. American pictures are mostly L.A. or New York. I enjoy it more when they are previously untapped locations.

Here's today's:
39,706
9600 pts 3 yrs off - 2.4 m - location gimme, the cars got me close but a little late
8267 pts 4 yrs off - 532.7 km - I didn't know they sent buses to the continent, guessed a little late
7669 pts 1 yrs off - 1561.6 km - The architecture looked French to me.
9222 pts 4 yrs off - 3.6 km - Should have gone with '99 from the license plate, but went a little late.
4948 pts 35 yrs off - 2.0 km - Got Tokyo, but way late on the date.

Haven't played for a while. Total today - 38,027
6000 - 19 years, 3.0 m - so close and yet so freaking far. Guessed way too late.
6469 - 9 years, 531.1 km - I zoomed in and saw the Dutch names on the window and then promptly discarded them from my thoughts, selecting a spot between Hull and Hornsea in the mid-1950's.
7377 - 3 years, 1445.2 km - Saw English on buildings in the background, incorrectly selected England outside London.
9298 - 4 years, 105.2 m - Somewhat lucky on the location - just selected a spot in downtown Reykjavik near some white buildings.
8883 - 5 years, 856.2 m - Was concerned it might be a Japanese settlement in the US, but went with a random spot in downtown Tokyo in the early-mid 1980s.

But I have more time on my hands than you or most here. In fact, except when I'm heading out for an early round, before I start my exercise routine I will have played Wordle, Quordle, three different Octordle games, Strands, Connections, Spelling Bee, and Timeguessr. Takes about an hour, and I don't have to bill anyone. Life is good.

I was on the wrong end of the Tower Bridge and just a little early. I did pretty good on locations, but father off on time today.

46,032 - Did well on location. Not great on dates
1) 9230 pts 4 yrs off - 3.2 km - Guessed to recently and was at the foot of the wrong bridge in London. I thought it miight be across from parliament.
2) 9924 pts 0 yrs off - 3.5 km - Went with the most likely location in Greece. Lucky on the year.
3) 9294 pts 1 yrs off - 155.6 km - The first car looked like it was from Belgium, but the rest of the scene said Germany. I figured it was a German city close to Belgium and considered Cologne but went with Frankfurt.
4) 8836 pts 5 yrs off - 2.8 km - Writing looked Hungarian and there are lots of photos from Budapest, so I went there. I thought it might be during the war.
5) 8748 pts 5 yrs off - 13.1 km - Went with the West side of Johannesburg close to Soweto. Guessed too late near the year of MJ's death.
