That's sad as hell, but if there's a silver lining it's that he died doing something he loved.

I guess we don't have a 2024 death thread. RIP Carl Weathers. I met him just a couple years ago at a Star Wars thing-- he couldn't have been nicer and really looked like he was in great shape, too. What a bummer.

In death, he also doesn't get the attention he deserved. Andre Braugher died about a week ago.

Homicide Life on the Street was a great show that never got the credit it deserved. Andre Braugher's acting work on that show was incredible.
