Well, no. Kind of hard to describe, I guess, but the front is secure with a metal gate that is only accessible by remote. However, the back end of the garage, the portion which extends beyond the length of the building, is open air and only surrounded by a wood fence. It would be pretty easy for someone to get in if the wanted.

Our little area here seems to have an uptick of strange activity lately. There is a woman who is quite clearly a prostitute spending a significant amount of time on a corner about two blocks from us; there are a lot of shady looking characters in and out of the building across the street, and we recently witnessed a verbal altercation between some of them the other day that looked like it was going to turn physical; someone offered to sell my wife drugs as she drove around the corner the other day (by making a snorting gesture); a relatively expensive bike was also stolen from out garage a couple weeks ago; and there have just been some really strange people wandering the blocks immediately around our building in the last month or so. I'm guessing it's mostly drug-based activity, though there is definitely some prostitution going on as well.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

You can bet I heard an "I told you so" this morning.
I can imagine with your love of music and your taste in music that iPod is worth more than $100

I guess I shouldn't say "no," just "not necessarily." For all I know it was someone in our building, though I doubt it.

It doesn't sound too bad yet. When you start hearing people yell "Got that WMD!" then you might start staying away from the corners. Maybe see if you can corral them in Hamsterdam.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

My buddy got this t-shirt for his b-day that had all the drug names from The Wire. It was pretty sweet.

This past winter, one Sunday morning a neighbor woke up early (around 5am) and took his dog out to pee. It had snowed overnight, so there was a fresh cover everywhere. He went and stood on the front porch and noticed a couple of kids poking around a car a couple of houses down.

He looked a little closer and noticed that their tracks - did I mention it had snowed overnight? - seemed to go the other way up the street and were like a dot-to-dot from one vehicle to the next.

He called the police, who showed up and then tracked these two morons back to their home through their prints in the snow. Honestly - the streets are absolutly VACANT, with the exception of a few random bishopric members - early on a Sunday morning in Davis County. Theirs were the only tracks to follow - the cops didn't even have to get out of the car until they were done following the tracks back to their house. Not sure what these idiots were thinking.

Sorry to hear that MG. Next time I'm not leaving my truck in front of your place while we go to dinner though, I'll drive.

Have you questioned the troll? He would be my main suspect.
