Started googling the defendants name judge saw mw and threw the smack down. Everyone is full of excuses and I can't think of any good ones. I think I am in this for the long haul.

Best part of my day was this lady falling asleep in the jury box and she started snoring. Pissed the judge off.

Hot blonde was the only one to raise her hand when asked if they thought the could not be fair. She is in judges chambers now, I am guessing she either hates hispanics or muletts and will be dismissed. Juror 33 next to me is a smoker I feel like I am in a casino. He mentioned he lives in a motorhome and does odd jobs for work. Divorced 4 times and no kids Ind an exmo. I invited him to cuf he would fit in well but said his "outfit" doesn't have internet and the KOA charges.

lol. that is really funny. I guess you didnt know that you shouldn't be doing that.

If you really want to cause some fireworks, stand up in the middle of the room and yell out whatever negative information you found out about the defendant via the internet. Also, be prepared to go to jail.

Mistrial!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had nothing to do with me googling the defendant (at least not that I am aware of). Judge said due to some legal issues she was forced to declare it a mistrial.

The good news is I am free to go. The bad news is I just found some power for my laptop, some head phones in my laptop case, and started watching Friday Night lights on Netflix. In fact hot blonde (she came back after lunch) and a few others were watching with me. We had our own little corner.

Judge said we can't be called again for at least 2 years and we will receive a check for $18.50!

I'm in in day 2 of jury duty, they estimated it to be a 2 day trial, but I'm getting nervous with the pace its going so far.
