I dunno. She taught 2nd grade for close to 40 years and lived in the same neighborhood as the students she taught. Perhaps she had enough of them seeing them 5 days a week?

She also expects everyone else to conform to her child's needs/feelings rather than look internally for a solution. I have a Type I diabetic kid who was not devastated when she couldn't eat her Halloween candy with her brothers because we were having issues with getting her blood glucose level under control. She would trade in her Halloween candy for prizes like beanie babies and other stuff. Her brothers soon figured out she was getting a pretty good deal and would offer to trade in their Halloween candy for stuff.

Why didn't you merely exhort the community as a unified whole to practice good parenting to your child instead?

Guy doesn't want to miss his child being born but is out of town... Calls in bomb threat to hospital thinking that will delay things so he can make it in time:

Charges: Man made bomb threat to hospital to see child born

A Payson man was indicted by a federal grand jury Wednesday for allegedly making a bomb threat against a hospital in September, and charges in a related case claim he made the threat so he could arrive at the hospital in time to see his child born.


Michael Sherman Morlang, 26, is accused of calling Sevier Valley Medical Center with the threat on the morning of Sept. 17. He is charged in U.S. District Court of Utah with "maliciously convey(ing) false information knowing the same to be false, concerning an attempt being made unlawfully to damage and destroy a building, by … fire and an explosive," court documents say.


U.S. Attorney's Office spokeswoman Melodie Rydalch said Morlang's threat severely affected Sevier Valley Medical Center.

If someone had died due to emergency protocols, wouldn't he be criminally liable?
