The warranty expired last month.

I already sent it in once after we'd had it for a few months because it wouldn't read any of the games in the drive. That irritated me as well.

I just got off the phone with customer service and Microsoft wants $50 just to look at it. I'm not happy about it, but I guess I'm just going to have to send it in, unless I can find someone around here who knows how to take care of it.

I'm mostly irritated because I want to play GTA4 right now!

THe warranty for it is extended by like 1 year I believe.

Halo franchise
Rock Band
Rainbow Six: Vegas
Gears of War (game of the year)
Gears of War 2
Oblivion (game of the year)
Fallout 3 (most DLC to this day is still xbox only)

halo and gears are the only two still exclusive to the 360. for some people it's worth it to buy a console whose failure rate is over 50%, but i'll stick with a ps3 thank you very much.

Masseffect 2 is also, very highly rated. Xbox 360 has much better online play, DLC, etc.
