Right, but without the Lexus name. Avalon is a mission president's car.Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Infinite's are what you buy when you want nice luxury but don't want to stand out at church. A fellow Oregonian here has an Infiniti and he could drive anything he likes.Originally posted by falafel View PostDon't get an Infiniti. That's what wannabes buy.
In that price range I submit a 2014-16 Nissan Maxima. Can't go wrong.

I know a guy that bought one of the cars on old_gregg's fave list and it didn't keep him out of the bishopric.Originally posted by falafel View PostIf you're gunning for the Bishopric, I would suggest a Toyota Avalon. I've enjoyed my A6 wagon. Maintenance hasn't been horrible. It is great in the winter but is also fun to drive when snow isn't a concern. It only seats 5 comfortably and as my kids are getting bigger the back seat is less comfortable."You interns are like swallows. You shit all over my patients for six weeks and then fly off."

I've really enjoyed my 328 despite DDD constantly attacking it. It's really fun to drive and I bought it CPO so I still have 6 more months on the warranty even though it's been paid off for 18 months. Gas mileage isn't great but it's generally above 22 mpg around the city, which isn't bad for all the time I spend at red lights and in traffic. I paid within your price range for it and got it with 12k miles and one year used.
I've considered trading it in and getting a mid-sized truck (Colorado or Tacoma) but I like the car too much to get rid of it. I'm a bigger fan of the older 3 series (mines a 2011) as the newer ones just look different and some come with a v4.
