    If the Dude was a Ute and he dropped Cougar from the name, it wouldn't bother me a bit - the board is still the same. The fact is that it's the people here now, not the people who might sign up next week, that keep us coming back, so why should we give two piles of zebra crap what the name is?

                Folks, I think the faster we all accept the fact that we were all a part of Jeff Tuiasosopo's 4 year catfishing scam (I know, it felt real for me too ) the better off we will all be, and we can start to move on from this.

                        Been at Disneyland all week and whoaaaah! Great job Lebowski, I've always hated the name of this site (although the acronym is cool). It's your board and you have no interest in ute sports, so why should that be reflected in the name? It's just weird having a message board dedicated to two bitter rivals. I hope the cool ute fans stick around, it's fun having our big little brothers around. Besides, outside of football season, this isn't much of a sports board.

                            Well, it basically is due to the fact that he wanted to change it and he did change it. You should start a new BYU/Utah themed message board. We'd all flock to it. That'll teach him.

                              I don't care what you say, Disneyland abider, and I venture I'm not alone in that sentiment. You're of little account here. I do know that unlike yourself I have been integral to the success of this place, to the extent it's been successful, and I believe that I, not Lebowski, hold the copyright to my posts. Yes, he is free to call the board what he wants, just as you are free to call yourself what you want. That is no great achievement.
